Dried Chaga Chunks: Answered Questions

What is the content of the product?

The dried chunks contain 100% L. obliquus. Made from wild Birch Trees and harvested during this season. They are pure fruiting bodies from nature and come straight to the packaging facility and then to your door. The dark outer layer called the sclerotium is present in every order with the highest antioxidant concentration in all known teas.

Where does it come from?

The birch trees from the forest have outgrowths with Inonotus obliquus. These locally-harvested wild foraged mushrooms come from the most sustainable forest environment. The climate and natural conditions for growing means that where these come from are of the highest quality and are harvested in season.

Does it contain metals?

These contain normal levels of metal, and since they are produced in nature, they do not contain heavy metals. There is a low risk of metal poisoning or build-up because the environment is in nature. With clean air, fertile soil, and a favorable climate, it grows well. Consume with benefits in mind.

How is it prepared?

Take 1 to 3 chunks and place them into a boiling pot of water. Turn down the water to simmer. Leave on for around 2-3 hours on low heat. The tea will turn dark brown, comparable to coffee. Once done, take it off and place it aside to settle. Use approximately 1 liter or 35oz of water.
