Where is the product grown?
The product, grown on our farm. All local produce and no imports. Quality control care of staff ensures the mushrooms are on par with international standards. Environmental and laboratory measures ensure clean mushrooms, and tested for quality control.
How do I rehydrate them?
Rinse 3 times under cold water till clear water runs off. Add fungi to a deep dish and carefully add boiled water to the top. Cover the kitchenware with a plate and leave for 20 minutes. Fully cooled, remove the top plate and drain the water.
When do these expire?
Use within 6 months for the freshest quality. Stored in a cool, dry space, dehydrated fungi store well. If kept for a long time, the vacuum sealers keep it fresh. Drier non-humid environment conditions improve the shelf life of the product.
Are they organic?
No chemicals used in the process. Organic dried mushrooms air-dried under natural sunlight. Fresh delicious sliced or dried Shi Take, taken from harvest into the drying chamber. There they receive clean air till dry.
