How is it used in tea?

The whole fungi is added to simmering water. 2-3 liters (70oz to 105oz) of water makes a strong tea, while 4-5 liters (140oz to 175oz) makes a weak tea. Simmer for 2.5 hours on a low heat. Bring off the heat and let it cool slightly before pouring into a glass, mug or another non-porous material. Keep away from plastic and metals, avoid aluminum.
