Where is the country of origin?
The product is locally produced on a GMP facility using eco-friendly resources and farmers producing high quality goods. The environment is clean, the air quality index is low PMI and the substrate used to manufacture these are organic and free from heavy metals and pesticides. The facility does not use any preservatives in the packing process and instead opts for the cycling of humidity close to the time of harvest. How is it used and prepared?
Rehydration occurs when boiling water is added to the product and sit for 10 to 20 minutes. Keep a lid on the bowl and be careful of spills. Once the time has passes, pour the broth into a separate container to be used and place the mushrooms on a chopping board. Discard the stems that have not hydrated or throw them into a pressure cooker or instant pot to boil with the next meal. Fully rehydrated fruiting body along with a full flavor and rich taste of freshly prepared rehydrated fungi through proper preparation.
Does it contain sulfites?
There are no sulfites contained within the product other than what is naturally occurring. The process involves organic preservation through sun drying or vacuum freezing. How is it stored?
The product can be used after 6 months of storage. Once opened, the content should be used within 1 month. If resealing the package, use a zip lock or vacuum bag with a moisture absorber. The placing of the bag in a cool and dry space prolongs the life and extends the storage time. If unused, place it in storage and do not expose it to direct sunlight. The freezing or refrigerating of the product will reduce the lifespan. Contain the item away from moist surfaces and in an air-tight container with a silica packet.
