Where are you located?
We are a global supply chain offering different locations. We have small-sized farms with all the things needed to cultivate mushrooms in bulk. Our farm even has a restaurant with freshly produced food, homemade snacks, and delicacies. We have about 6 full-time staff and a mascot horse. Our team consists of a mycologist, an electrical engineer, an accountant, and an entrepreneur. If you come to our farm, please mention that you are traveling from another country, and we will treat you to some of our delicious food and drinks for free. Please discuss with us beforehand if you are a prominent figure from the online forms or a well-known social influencer.
Are your mushrooms seasonal?
Our grow rooms are specially equipped to deal with the change in season. The temperature, humidity, and lighting are not affected by the change in weather. Outdoor conditions do not affect the quality of our harvest, which is separated from the natural seasons. All mushrooms are produced 365 days a year.
What is the best way to cook mushrooms?
Aja, who runs the restaurant, has some delicious recipes. Our blog contains some of those but not all. If you want some suggestions on what to cook, how to cook it, or something else related to cooking, please contact Aja. The type of mushroom you cook affects the time, temperature, and kind of cooking.
Can you eat mushrooms raw?
Sure, why not? Some salads are made with delicious freshly cut mushrooms. If in doubt, try some of the recipes you find online, but you can always cook them if it doesn’t work out. Ground mushrooms are sometimes dried from the raw ingredient, without heating or a process of cook drying, so why not try?
Are your mushrooms safe? Is there a chance of getting a poisonous one?
We cultivate your mushrooms in sterile conditions. Each strain is carefully allocated to one petri-dish or substrate. Harvesting picks out anything that looks like it won’t make it to shelves, so anything different would be removed. By the time it reaches the destination, the mushroom has undergone an assortment process.
How should I store mushrooms?
Once opened, use a paper bag to store the mushrooms in the coldest part of your refrigerator. Some mushrooms may grow white on them if stored for an extended period. This is not always molded. The mycelium regenerates on individual species. If in doubt, smell the mushrooms and throw away if the fuzz is a different color.
Should I wash mushrooms?
Our mushrooms come from a sterilized environment. Although it’s recommended to rewash the mushrooms, it is unnecessary and may even change the texture. If in doubt, always rinse the mushrooms with a clean water source and dry with a paper towel before cutting or consuming.
How long will mushrooms last?
Mushrooms last on average between a week and ten days, longer if packaged. The mushrooms you buy as fresh can last as long as ten days in the fridge if packaged correctly. Vacuum seal mushrooms will last longer, or consider freezing them if the refrigerator does not meet your storage needs.
Do you accept returns?
We don’t accept returns on fresh mushrooms because they degenerate. Non-perishable physical products may be eligible for return. Since we are responsible for all the orders we ship, we carefully check each order to ensure quality control. If the package was damaged during shipment, then please contact us.
How do you ship mushrooms without refrigerating?
Mushrooms by design are capable of acclimatizing to short cycles. We ship fresh mushrooms with express delivery. 12-36 hours does not change the quality. If it’s something like restaurants, we recommend same-day delivery within the region. Refrigerated orders can be arranged when made in bulk purchases.
Do you sell magic mushrooms?
No, by law, magic mushrooms are a prohibited substance. We do not endorse, sell, or provide information on mushrooms containing psilocybin. Please consult your local government on the laws and regulations concerning the importation, growth, and possession of mushroom-related accessories for cultivation.
Are your products legal in my country?
We do not know which products are legal in certain countries bound for export. By law, all orders going through your land must pass a customs evaluation. Though not uncommon, we do see some orders being detained for further examination. Please check your local law before ordering products from us.
How old do I have to be to order?
You have to be 18 years or older. Any orders suspected of being made by a minor will immediately be canceled or your ID requested before accepting payment. Please get your guardian or senior connection to order supplies with us for mushroom farming.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, credit cards, cheques, cash, and bank transfers. We have bank details available for most customers to make a payment from all over the world. Please ensure that your address used on checkout is the same for shipping. Differences in shipping details are subject to a fraud check from our sales department.
Can I pay using cash?
Yes. Cash is possible, but we recommend giving it face to face. If sent in the post, leave us the tracking number in a message and register it. We will open the envelope in front of a witness who will check the amount before confirming it’s value. Please make sure to seal the contents of the delivery well.
Can I pay using a cheque?
Yes. Please remember that the cost of sending a check is high on our end to receive the foreign currency (if foreign), and transfer it to our bank account. In this case, we ask customers to understand and cooperate with us in adding the estimated exchange fee to the amount on the cheque, or we might decline.
Do you ship products to other counties?
Yes. We would like to extend our products to every mushroom-loving country! Better yet, some of our delicious foods can only be tasted when ordered from us. Physical products like mushroom farming supplies can even be shipped to your country. Please check with your local import and export regulations beforehand.
Are the packages shipped as discrete?
Yes. All of our products are shipped without the identification details, which may be confidential to the recipient. Unless required by the postal service, we only declare the bare minimum of goods, value, customs, and tax details. If there is a special request, please contact us to work out the shipping details.
Has COVID-19 affected operations?
No. There are no delays in shipping and providing customer orders. All orders are provided on time and on schedule. Each order is tracked to ensure the timely completion of our customer’s orders. There is no delay, and there is no change in the shipping schedule as a result of the Coronavirus.
