Returns and Refunds Policy


RETURN POLICY

Effective December 01st 2020

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. RETURN PROCESS To return an item, please email customer service at order (add the symbol “at”) gshroom.com to obtain a return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to a return address provided on the email in your return request.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least forty five (45) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. Fresh mushrooms and perishables are not eligible for returns due to their degradation.

Sorry if your product was not right, we take all the care to ensure your product meets the requirements. Maybe it was the shipping company or an error in production, a third party supplier, or anything else that may have caused your issues and your irreparable damages.

We will do our best to replace or refund the item you said was broken or not to specification. We are very sorry, please do not leave us a negative review. We will do our best to correct the issue before getting too much out of hand.

Fresh Produce

Mushrooms delivered as fresh do not meet the requirements for a refund. Due to the degradable nature, we cannot take back fresh produce. Still, we will issue you with a token of our apology and maybe even a voucher for your next purchase for a redeemed discount.

If the mushrooms are not well preserved, please arrange a different courier with us for your next purchase. Bulk suppliers can set their own transport to ensure the timely delivery of your refrigerated goods. We want to supply you with the freshest quality mushrooms.

Third Party Suppliers

Sometimes a third party will supply you with the products you purchased. We try to ensure our suppliers meet the requirements for our products. Quality control is challenging. This is because third parties are sometimes located overseas. They ship the products to you that are out of our hands.

If you receive a product from a different country, we have selected that supplier because we received a sample that met the requirements. Sometimes their standards change, and we’d like to know. Please give us a chance to fix the issue first before you leave a review. Thank you.

Sorry, anything was less than expected. We want to make you happy and to keep you as a customer. If you have something that does not meet your expectations or feels like it was less than a customer would deserve. Contact us, and we will do our best to make things right for you. 

If one of our employees bothered you, said or did something that was not okay, please let us know. We will definitely ensure that it does not happen again. We are just like you and, given your position, would like to receive the same quality of products and services for all.
